Venus’ Wisdom

Just as the night bid farewell in the dawn,
The new sky blushed azure and she shone brightly
As if she had something so urgent to speak –
With a deep heavenly heave she leaned in…

“What if you are God’s perfection?
What if I am God’s perfection?
What if she is God’s perfection?
What if he is God’s perfection?
What if they are God’s perfection?
What if it is God’s perfection?
What if WE are God’s perfection?

Would it be blasphemous imagination?
Would it be theological travesty?
Would it be heretical divinity?
Would it be Divine heresy?
Would it matter the name?
Would an answer matter?”

Then she smiled and seemed to fade,
Yet growing ever obscure in the glowing blue
Her shine grew stronger still
In Another’s broadening light!
